Aly A. Khan earned a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Cornell University in a joint program with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, under the guidance of Christina Leslie, Alexander Rudensky, and Chris Sander. He is an expert in computational immunology. Currently, he is the Head of Al/ML at the CZ Biohub Chicago and an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago, with appointments in the Departments of Pathology, Family Medicine, and the College. At the University, he directs the Laboratory for Computational Immunology, focusing on computational and machine learning methods to understand the immune system.
