Computational Imaging Across Scales 2025
Event Overview
When
Friday, January 24, 2025
9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. PST
Where
CZ Biohub SF, located in Mission Bay, San Francisco, CA (in-person only)
Join us at CZ Biohub SF for an exciting one-day symposium focused on imaging and computational technologies for biological measurements across the scales of protein complexes, organelles, cells, tissues, and organisms.
The trifecta of imaging, AI, and inverse algorithms is accelerating our ability to map the underlying mechanisms of disease and develop new diagnostics. The workshop will focus on the technologies that integrate biological imaging, AI models, and inverse algorithms to accelerate basic discoveries and improve disease diagnosis.
We are planning an interactive symposium to connect the researchers working in this area and to create an opportunity for students and postdocs to identify career opportunities in the CZ ecosystem. We encourage speakers to emphasize the biological questions and the technological answers.
For full consideration, talk abstracts should be submitted by noon Pacific time Friday, January 10.
General attendees please register by Friday, January 17.
Space is limited, so register early! We will contact you to confirm your registration, or if we’ve reached capacity, we will place you on a waiting list.
NOTICE: As of January 8, we have reached venue capacity. We expect some space will open up as the event draws closer, so please register for the waitlist if you are interested in attending. Talk abstracts will continue to be accepted through the form through January 10 (register for the waitlist).
