Meghan Hughes is a leader in scientific operations and administration with extensive experience in building and managing interdisciplinary research centers. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub New York, she excels in developing and streamlining lab operations and strategic planning to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing research environment. Previously, as Director of Operations at the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center, Hughes demonstrated her ability to drive organizational change through innovative policy and process development, oversight of scientific core facilities, and development and execution of dynamic programming.
